4. Detox baths

A detox bath helps release toxins from your body and it can also help you handle headaches caused by those toxins. To release the toxins, draw a bath as hot as you can stand it. Relax in the water while your body releases the toxins. You can add things like baking soda to kill bacteria and make skin clear and smooth. You can also add essential oils or apple cider vinegar. This can draw out uric acid and provide relief from a headache.
